For example, when a tenant moves out and leaves a tragic mess and you need to have the place cleaned immediately because the new people are moving in soon and it’s just overwhelming and too much to deal with…….Stuff like that.
That being said…. we have people on staff that enjoy regular schedules with long standing clients where the basic cleaning routine is expected and provided.

An example of what we have been able to co-ordinate in the past:
A homeowner had passed away and their sister was left with the immense job of clearing the estate and placing the condo up for sale. She called around to several establishments to get quotes and many companies we simply not willing or able to do the tasks that needed doing.
We were able to co-ordinate the clean-up and preparation for sale of the condo.
This included disposing of unwanted goods, as well as the large job of cleaning which involved: wiping down all walls, doors and interior services, deep cleaning the carpets, washing the windows, touching up and patching any drywall issues, applying coats of paint to rooms that badly needed refreshing…essentially making the place saleable. .
The apartment was completed and sold. The new owners are very happy. The Project basically entailed four major functions:
- Disposal of garbage and unwanted goods
- Thorough cleaning including floors, walls, doors, closets, windows, fridge, stove, cupboards, toilets, bathtubs
- Carpet Cleaning
- Painting
